Some would take this as good news. I would ask you to be very cautious with your enthusiasm for this statistic. I’ve noticed in watching the polls on politics and it seems to me that the persons conducting the polls are rather open with what they classify as an “evangelical” person.
To me this gives more evidence regardless of denomination that we are in the age of the Church of Laodicea.
I would encourage you to read your Bible and especially Revelation (of Jesus Christ). In Revelation there are 7 letters to the Churches. It will be good to be aware of them and what is mentioned regarding each.
The last 3 are Sardis, Philadelphia and Laodicea.
Sardis has some good thing said about it, but also Jesus tells them that if they don’t watch He will come upon them like a thief. Jesus mentions multiple times that at His coming we are commanded to watch. It looks fairly obvious that this group misses the first Rapture.
Philadelphia would be the group that everyone wants to be if you read through the seven churches. Let me mention something though. This group is weak, has to display great patience and will be surrounded by wrongful accusers. The passage clearly shows that they miss the Great Tribulation, but it seems they have proactively stood through their own personal tribulations of life.
Laodicea would be the group no one would want to be, yet anyone that was part of this group wouldn’t be able to see it right away because as Jesus says they are blind, lukewarm and believe they are rich. Jesus says that those he loves he rebukes, chastens and refines by fire. This group is part of the Church but is in for a big “wake up” call and will likely go through the tribulation. They may even die for their faith.

I hope you had a chance last night to “witness” and “watch” the night sky – it was significant. Here is a quick overview:

I have already written quite a bit regarding the moon which would relate to the full moon as well and the Bible, specifically Revelation refers to the significance of a “Blood Red Moon” which we had tonight.
Let me mention a bit about Saturn and Regulus.
The event in the sky last night I believe very may well be like an important signature on a signed legal document.
Saturn is the King Planet and wears the crown (Saturn is most known for its unique rings). It stands for Jehovah or YHWH. Saturn stands for the harvest and the sickle and also the Judge (all info from Wikipedia). When Saturn was first observed by Galileo Galilei in 1610 with his telescope he wrote “The planet Saturn is not alone, but is composed of three.”
Regulus stands for Jesus and is the brightest star in the Leo constellation. Regulus is positioned at the center of Leo’s chest – that’s how Regulus got its name “heart of the lion”.
The process for a legal document after the signing is delivery and carrying the order out. I will be watching intently the next few days to see what might happen. For example the day that this occurred is Adar 14 (as Wade Balzer mentioned in his post) which normally is Purim. This is a leap year and so Adar 14 is called Purim Katan. See how on this date Esther petitioned the king:

13Then said Esther, If it please the king, let it be granted to the Jews which are in Shushan to do to morrow also according unto this day's decree, and let Haman's ten sons be hanged upon the gallows.
Esther 9 discusses Adar 13, 14 & 15 so I would definitely be watching through February 22nd. Also it may be a 30 day notice as Purim is March 21st this year and lands between Palm Sunday and Easter. Also, February 22nd happens to be 153 days after September 22nd 2007 which was Yom Kippur this year (Day of Atonement or Judgment).
Why do you think the King/crown planet and the heart of the Lion would be on either side of the Moon which stands for the Bride?
I believe that it signals that we shall indeed be delivered shortly.
What does Satan think about all of this?
When the Rapture occurs and the antichrist is revealed he knows he has precious little time to work with. He is already working out his plan of deception. Aliens will be the explanation for the missing persons and he will attempt to bring the peoples & governments together to prepare for an alien attack which in fact will be Jesus Christ and his returning saints for the battle of Armegedon.
I love what the founding fathers of the United States stood for and I was in the Navy myself, but I believe this was Satan’s response to the “Signed Document” and approval of the Bride:

There are several “alarming” things with the coming “shoot down” of the satellite

This is a discussion of all the occurrences in the sky, moon & otherwise I previously reported on with additional commentary pertaining to insight that may be helpful:
• Atlantis is scheduled to land Wednesday morning. Both the Kennedy Space Center and the backup landing site in California will be ready; the space agency wants the shuttle down that day to give the military enough time to destroy a damaged spy satellite.
• ISS Update: Atlantis has undocked from the ISS and the "double flybys" have begun. Amateur astronomer Ashmeet Singh sends this photo and a movie recorded less than an hour ago in New Delhi, India
Atlantis is the city/society that at some distant past was the demons & followers of Satan’s time of glory. It is this past and lost glory that they would love to recreate. On this day Atlantis will be returning to earth. I believe that is Satan’s ultimate goal that he will attempt to recreate utilizing the antichrist and world government – “Atlantis returning to earth.”
• SPY SATELLITE: Doomed spy satellite USA 193 is still orbiting Earth and making evening flybys of US towns and cities. Last night it passed over Bishop, California, "right on time," reports Ray Finch who was alerted by a Spaceweather phone call. Brightness estimates by experienced sky watchers range from magnitude +1.5 to -0.5, similar to the stars of Orion. USA 193 may grow even brighter if, as planned, the US Navy hits it with an Aegis missile after Feb. 20th. Stay tuned for updates
I believe that when the Rapture happens it will be explained away with some sort of alien involvement. I believe that shortly thereafter the next level of deception will be the antichrist preparing humanity to take on this “alien” attacker. This is how Satan will deceive the world into attempting to attack Jesus when he returns from the sky with His saints to destroy the “kings of the earth”. Notice recently how China, the U.S. and other nations are increasing their capabilities to shoot missiles skyward. There have been numerous missions to these satellites and now coming to importance is the ability to carry out missile strikes into space. Nations are showing this capability by shooting down satellites in the sky.
Atlantis coming down to earth, a demonstration of strength with capability to shoot down satellites in orbit and a blood red moon all happening at the same time. Coincidence? Coincidence is not a kosher word…
The moon has special meaning for God’s elect.
• February 20th/21st is full moon in North America
• February 20th/21st is “Blood Moon” or Lunar Eclipse in North America
February 20th is Wednesday and according to Wikipedia: According to the Hebrew Bible, Wednesday is the day when the Sun and Moon were created.
Each Jewish month and the new year, Rosh Hashanah start off with the sighing of the moon.
The Moon is the Bride (Eve). The Sun is Jesus (God). The earth is the Husband (Adam). Let me explain…
Genesis 2:20-22 (King James Version)
20And Adam gave names to all cattle, and to the fowl of the air, and to every beast of the field; but for Adam there was not found an help meet for him.
21And the LORD God caused a deep sleep to fall upon Adam, and he slept: and he took one of his ribs, and closed up the flesh instead thereof;
22And the rib, which the LORD God had taken from man, made he a woman, and brought her unto the man.
(Notice that this chapter in verse in Genesis just happen to match the dates in which we are talking about February 20-22nd).
Adam was made from the dust of the earth. He is man. Eve was taken from his side. Our text says a rib, but I’ve read several times that this instead may have been a “womb” of which the term to call Eve came “womb-man” or “woman”. Remember too, that the Church (Bride) was created when Jesus’ side was pierced.
When Adam and Eve disobeyed God then separated them from the Garden of Eden, which I believe may be connected with the Paradise Jesus refers to and also the New Jerusalem.
A Man and Woman were meant to be together to reflect the image of the creator.
Genesis 1:27
So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.
Many Christians are worried about the verses where Jesus was asked about marriage and he said:
Matthew 22:30
For in the resurrection they neither marry, nor are given in marriage, but are as the angels of God in heaven.
Scary concept when marriage is one of the most fulfilling things that Jehovah created for this life. For men you have to come to terms with being the “bride of Christ” and then when we all get there we lose the fulfillment of marriage – Yikes!
Hold on! I have some good news. Just like we will cash in Hope & Faith for Happiness & Fulfillment you will also gladly trade in Marriage to truly become one. What is the joy of sex within the confines of marriage where a husband and wife become one and have the opportunity to create another life in an image of their own will become a reality and state of being. I feel like God shared this with me as I had this very concern when my wife Kellie & I were at a marriage conference. I never have heard an “out loud” voice, but nonetheless he is loud and clear and right on time – A truly loving Father that cares for His children.
Okay I digress, back to when Adam & Eve sinned and were separated from the Garden of Eden.
Like Jehovah took Adam’s wife Eve from his side, he took the “Bride” the New Jerusalem, the Garden of Eden from the side of the earth. I suspect the Pacific Ocean. I’m not totally sure about this but when Jehovah took it from the earth I’m quite sure the earth is not configured as it is today and also when He puts it back it will not be configured like it is now – He will make it ready.
Much of this I suspected in various things I had learned and I am nothing of a scientist, but to my surprise several secular scientists believe exactly this:
The Moon is moving away from the earth like a bouncing ball away from a surface. If you reverse this formula the Moon would have come from the earth. Many reputable scientists believe that early on something happened and the moon was spun off to where it is now. Here is the theory in short:
Fission Theory - Early speculation proposed that the Moon broke off from the Earth's crust because of centrifugal forces, leaving a basin (presumed to be the Pacific Ocean) behind as a scar.

There are many things unique to our moon making it far different than others:
• Our moon controls tides (tying it to the ocean where it may rejoin the earth someday)
• Our moon is so large compared to our world many scientists consider it a binary planet system vs. world & moon system.
• Our moon is 27% of our earth. Only Pluto’s moon Charon, is larger compared to its host planet.
• Our moon is slowly moving away from the planet earth 1.5” per year.
• From the planet earth we never see the “dark side of the moon” (the moon rotates right along with us so we never see the “other side”).
Here are some things that man/Satan is prompting to “clue us in” that there may be more to the moon than meets the eye:
• In 1967 Israel took control of Jerusalem. In 1967 The Apollo program with its intent of landing the 1st man on the moon which did happen two years later in 1969. I think that this program is named after the god “Apollo” should give us some insight.
• Over 5,000 satellites have been put into orbit
• NASA has a goal of having a permanent station on the moon
• There are entities out there selling moon land plots
• The Cold War started the Star Wars program and now the U.S. & other nations are competing for the “new frontier”.
Here are some things in Fables that point us to something peculiar about the moon:
• Man on the moon
• Moon Mansions in Astrology. Many ancient cultures hold the lunar zodiac in higher importance than the solar. If it can be said that the solar zodiac carries the message of the Gospel – Gospel of the Stars then we can find many things as well in the Lunar Zodiac. Isn’t it interesting that there are Lunar Mansions?
• Talmudic tradition says Jacob lives on the moon
• The moons cycles in many cultures is linked to a woman’s menstrual cycle

Daniel’s prophecy of the “Rock” that comes to earth to destroy the feet of the image and becomes the Kingdom. Could this heavenly rock be the moon?

Notice there the verse says “there is no more sea”. This does not verify, but does fit in nicely with the theory that the moon came from the Pacific Ocean. I know God will have His way to put it together to create in perfect order the New Heaven & New Earth.

It comes down from Heaven as a Bride adorned for her husband. If the moon is the bride would it not again be joined with her husband? Like Adam and Eve and the promise finally fulfilled in Marriage we shall truly be one as the image of God is found in the union of man and woman and the moon & earth shall be one – “like a bride adorned for her husband.”

What will men do? What will Satan and the antichrist do when they see the moon coming down from heaven? This explains all there current actions and fascination with the moon, aliens and the whole “space race”.
Eclipses can occur only when the Sun, Earth, and Moon are all in a straight line. Solar eclipses occur near a new moon, when the Moon is between the Sun and Earth. In contrast, lunar eclipses occur near a full moon, when the Earth is between the Sun and Moon.

We have had 3 lunar eclipse’s this year and will not have another in North America until December 2010.
What will happen? I don’t know but I will be watching intently!!!

This is a discussion of all the occurrences in the sky, moon & otherwise I previously reported on with additional commentary pertaining to insight that may be helpful:
• Atlantis is scheduled to land Wednesday morning. Both the Kennedy Space Center and the backup landing site in California will be ready; the space agency wants the shuttle down that day to give the military enough time to destroy a damaged spy satellite.
• ISS Update: Atlantis has undocked from the ISS and the "double flybys" have begun. Amateur astronomer Ashmeet Singh sends this photo and a movie recorded less than an hour ago in New Delhi, India
Atlantis is the city/society that at some distant past was the demons & followers of Satan’s time of glory. It is this past and lost glory that they would love to recreate. On this day Atlantis will be returning to earth. I believe that is Satan’s ultimate goal that he will attempt to recreate utilizing the antichrist and world government – “Atlantis returning to earth.”
• SPY SATELLITE: Doomed spy satellite USA 193 is still orbiting Earth and making evening flybys of US towns and cities. Last night it passed over Bishop, California, "right on time," reports Ray Finch who was alerted by a Spaceweather phone call. Brightness estimates by experienced sky watchers range from magnitude +1.5 to -0.5, similar to the stars of Orion. USA 193 may grow even brighter if, as planned, the US Navy hits it with an Aegis missile after Feb. 20th. Stay tuned for updates
I believe that when the Rapture happens it will be explained away with some sort of alien involvement. I believe that shortly thereafter the next level of deception will be the antichrist preparing humanity to take on this “alien” attacker. This is how Satan will deceive the world into attempting to attack Jesus when he returns from the sky with His saints to destroy the “kings of the earth”. Notice recently how China, the U.S. and other nations are increasing their capabilities to shoot missiles skyward. There have been numerous missions to these satellites and now coming to importance is the ability to carry out missile strikes into space. Nations are showing this capability by shooting down satellites in the sky.
Atlantis coming down to earth, a demonstration of strength with capability to shoot down satellites in orbit and a blood red moon all happening at the same time. Coincidence? Coincidence is not a kosher word…

February 20th is Wednesday and according to Wikipedia: According to the Hebrew Bible, Wednesday is the day when the Sun and Moon were created.
Each Jewish month and the new year, Rosh Hashanah start off with the sighing of the moon.
The Moon is the Bride (Eve). The Sun is Jesus (God). The earth is the Husband (Adam). Let me explain…
Genesis 2:20-22 (King James Version)
20And Adam gave names to all cattle, and to the fowl of the air, and to every beast of the field; but for Adam there was not found an help meet for him.
21And the LORD God caused a deep sleep to fall upon Adam, and he slept: and he took one of his ribs, and closed up the flesh instead thereof;
22And the rib, which the LORD God had taken from man, made he a woman, and brought her unto the man.
(Notice that this chapter in verse in Genesis just happen to match the dates in which we are talking about February 20-22nd).
Adam was made from the dust of the earth. He is man. Eve was taken from his side. Our text says a rib, but I’ve read several times that this instead may have been a “womb” of which the term to call Eve came “womb-man” or “woman”. Remember too, that the Church (Bride) was created when Jesus’ side was pierced.
When Adam and Eve disobeyed God then separated them from the Garden of Eden, which I believe may be connected with the Paradise Jesus refers to and also the New Jerusalem.
A Man and Woman were meant to be together to reflect the image of the creator.
Genesis 1:27
So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.
Many Christians are worried about the verses where Jesus was asked about marriage and he said:
Matthew 22:30
For in the resurrection they neither marry, nor are given in marriage, but are as the angels of God in heaven.
Scary concept when marriage is one of the most fulfilling things that Jehovah created for this life. For men you have to come to terms with being the “bride of Christ” and then when we all get there we lose the fulfillment of marriage – Yikes!
Hold on! I have some good news. Just like we will cash in Hope & Faith for Happiness & Fulfillment you will also gladly trade in Marriage to truly become one. What is the joy of sex within the confines of marriage where a husband and wife become one and have the opportunity to create another life in an image of their own will become a reality and state of being. I feel like God shared this with me as I had this very concern when my wife Kellie & I were at a marriage conference. I never have heard an “out loud” voice, but nonetheless he is loud and clear and right on time – A truly loving Father that cares for His children.
Okay I digress, back to when Adam & Eve sinned and were separated from the Garden of Eden.
Like Jehovah took Adam’s wife Eve from his side, he took the “Bride” the New Jerusalem, the Garden of Eden from the side of the earth. I suspect the Pacific Ocean. I’m not totally sure about this but when Jehovah took it from the earth I’m quite sure the earth is not configured as it is today and also when He puts it back it will not be configured like it is now – He will make it ready.
Much of this I suspected in various things I had learned and I am nothing of a scientist, but to my surprise several secular scientists believe exactly this:
The Moon is moving away from the earth like a bouncing ball away from a surface. If you reverse this formula the Moon would have come from the earth. Many reputable scientists believe that early on something happened and the moon was spun off to where it is now. Here is the theory in short:
Fission Theory - Early speculation proposed that the Moon broke off from the Earth's crust because of centrifugal forces, leaving a basin (presumed to be the Pacific Ocean) behind as a scar.

There are many things unique to our moon making it far different than others:
• Our moon controls tides (tying it to the ocean where it may rejoin the earth someday)
• Our moon is so large compared to our world many scientists consider it a binary planet system vs. world & moon system.
• Our moon is 27% of our earth. Only Pluto’s moon Charon, is larger compared to its host planet.
• Our moon is slowly moving away from the planet earth 1.5” per year.
• From the planet earth we never see the “dark side of the moon” (the moon rotates right along with us so we never see the “other side”).
Here are some things that man/Satan is prompting to “clue us in” that there may be more to the moon than meets the eye:
• In 1967 Israel took control of Jerusalem. In 1967 The Apollo program with its intent of landing the 1st man on the moon which did happen two years later in 1969. I think that this program is named after the god “Apollo” should give us some insight.
• Over 5,000 satellites have been put into orbit
• NASA has a goal of having a permanent station on the moon
• There are entities out there selling moon land plots
• The Cold War started the Star Wars program and now the U.S. & other nations are competing for the “new frontier”.
Here are some things in Fables that point us to something peculiar about the moon:
• Man on the moon
• Moon Mansions in Astrology. Many ancient cultures hold the lunar zodiac in higher importance than the solar. If it can be said that the solar zodiac carries the message of the Gospel – Gospel of the Stars then we can find many things as well in the Lunar Zodiac. Isn’t it interesting that there are Lunar Mansions?
• Talmudic tradition says Jacob lives on the moon
• The moons cycles in many cultures is linked to a woman’s menstrual cycle

Daniel’s prophecy of the “Rock” that comes to earth to destroy the feet of the image and becomes the Kingdom. Could this heavenly rock be the moon?

Notice there the verse says “there is no more sea”. This does not verify, but does fit in nicely with the theory that the moon came from the Pacific Ocean. I know God will have His way to put it together to create in perfect order the New Heaven & New Earth.
2And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.
It comes down from Heaven as a Bride adorned for her husband. If the moon is the bride would it not again be joined with her husband? Like Adam and Eve and the promise finally fulfilled in Marriage we shall truly be one as the image of God is found in the union of man and woman and the moon & earth shall be one – “like a bride adorned for her husband.”

What will men do? What will Satan and the antichrist do when they see the moon coming down from heaven? This explains all there current actions and fascination with the moon, aliens and the whole “space race”.
Eclipses can occur only when the Sun, Earth, and Moon are all in a straight line. Solar eclipses occur near a new moon, when the Moon is between the Sun and Earth. In contrast, lunar eclipses occur near a full moon, when the Earth is between the Sun and Moon.

Presidential Prophecy
Jim,
I just wanted to add a comment onto your post if I may for my “widow’s mite” (two cents)
You mentioned this:
(10 is the number of government) and indicated that Gov. Mike Huckabee was God's choice for the next President."
I’d like to mention that if it were true that Mike Huckabee was God’s choice for the next Presidential candidate it doesn’t necessarily follow that he will be elected President.
How’s that you say??? Well, God had Saul become king first because it was who the people wanted. His choice for king was David.
Many of the things we deal with today Israel dealt with in another form. Their people worshipped Baal and Ashtera which involved sexual immorality and also baby sacrifice for the cause of money and power. Today we still deal with sin in regards to sexual immorality (gay marriage, pornography, etc.), baby sacrifice (abortion) and it all lends itself to the secular agenda and money and power. Hollywood orchestrates much of this and leads the Jezebel Spirit which is destroying our country. They are the priests and priestesses of the false religion that is deluding the world. I’m not sure that this is technically correct, but they (Hollywood) definitely remind me of the “whore” riding the beast that is mentioned in Revelation.
God punished not only those who partook in the corruption, but also those who stuck around, stayed on the sideline, etc.
Everyone has to vote, not vote, etc. to their own conscience. I would not be presumptuous to say what that should be for you.
Clearly needs to be covered in prayer, discernment and proper action. For me, I am a fervent supporter of Mike Huckabee. I’m glad he’s majoring in miracles instead of math

5 Smooth Stones
I couldn’t help but notice the similarities in the same timeframe.
Before Super Tuesday Mike Huckabee made a reference several times to needing “five smooth” stones, obviously a reference to David’s stones of which he only needed one to kill Goliath (although it was rumored he had 4 brothers).

And he took his staff in his hand, and chose him five smooth stones out of the brook, and put them in a shepherd's bag which he had, even in a scrip; and his sling was in his hand: and he drew near to the Philistine.
Surprising the pundits, Mike Huckabee won 5 states. He won one unexpectedly and lost two others by narrow margins, so the number could have been much different.
Mike Huckabee: Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia, Tennessee, West Virginia
Not in the same states but still 5 southern states the tornadoes came.
Kentucky, Tennessee, Mississippi, Arkansas and Alabama.
LAFAYETTE, Tenn. — Residents in five Southern states tried to salvage what they could Wednesday from homes reduced to piles of debris, a day after the deadliest cluster of tornadoes in nearly a decade tore through the region, snapping trees and crumpling homes. At least 50 people were dead.
**To be clear, I am a Mike Huckabee supporter. At this point it sure would be a miracle win and I rather expect that Hillary and/or Obama (they may run together) will win and will move the world to a One World Government and Religion. Oprah is already getting the curriculum ready.
I am not sure what God is doing here, but it seemed to much not to notice.
